Do you think the Niners will get the top pick in the 2010 draft?

Carolina is 0-2 and I was looking at their schedule and could make a case for them being 3-13 or worse! They might not be able to be worse than the Rams, but it should be a top 5 pick either way I think. Hopefully we will pick 4th and 32nd next season!!
