I find it funny reading the article on the first page the writer notes "on 4th and 1 smith made the biggest play of the game, said Battle 'I thought he was going to throw it to me because I was wide open' but he tucked it and ran..."

Yes, that's been happening for 6 years now. And to think some of you are wanting a 7th year of the same sh*t amazes me. Alex optimists will probably want to keep him around as a niner for his entire career, even if it takes until his 15th season for him to be any good. That's blind love for ya.
