if cops pulled over every car on the road after 2:00am, I'll bet 80-90% of the drivers would be over the limit.

This is true during the day as well. More drivers equal more drunks getting behind the wheel.
With all the $$$ these guys make - hire a driver! Oh, almost forgot - great athletic ability doesn't mean brain power.

With all the people out of work, a part-time personal driver should be easy to find.

If you know you're going out for some fun, hire a driver.

Here in Vegas the fines are HUGE + time lost. Every Friday is my poker night and a cab costs $20. each way as opposed to $$$ in fines and increased insurance premiums.

I'm pretty sure 30+ years ago players got busted for stuff like this all the time if not more but it was kept under wraps.

Any player who puts themselves in this situation today is an idiot. The Commish has punished people just for getting arrested and not convicted.

WTF type of charge is this? Quinn has also been charged with failure to exercise a high degree of care

Probably a BS misdemeanor related to negligence that the cops pull out of the mist and tack on to your other charges if you're black.
