Winslow did have some injury issues but even when he's been healthy has never lived up to the hype. I question whether he is even a top 20 TE anymore.

Winslow is not overrated if everyone knows what he is. That doesn't change the fact that this is a good pickup for Seattle assuming they gave up no more than a 5th round pick.
