Here was from last year:

Cardinals agreed to terms with RG Deuce Lutui on a one-year contract.

Lutui's two-year agreement with Cincinnati was declared null and void after he flunked his physical for showing up at a whopping 381 pounds. It's hardly a surprise for a player who was dubbed "Double Deuce" after arriving to camp weighing 400 a year ago. The Cardinals are now flush with guards after signing Daryn Colledge and Pork Chop Womack, though Lutui will presumably regain his starting job once he gets in shape. Arizona still desperately needs a starting-caliber left tackle to keep Kevin Kolb upright.

westcoast0 im a browns fan and this typical for them. they are cheap. they dont do free agency and when they could upgrade they didnt. they could of taken hill at 22 and at 37 he was still there. i would of liked them to trade the vikes for the third outright. it would cost them but it could of been done. trich 3 blackmon 4 hill 22 weeden 37. then offensive line. but if it makes sense then it will never get done here.

Why would the Vikings trade the 3rd pick if they weren't getting the 22nd or 37th picks? And ow is it possible, Minnesota wasn't gonna trade out of round 1. I love comments on nfl.com.

Man I remember when he was considered a top-5 pick in the draft before the concern about his injuries dropped him like a rock. Now I doubt he ever establishes himself.
