Ladanian Tomlinson

Was wondering if this hall of famer might be of interest to us in some capacity?

Can't imagine he would be expensive, nor hard to pry from the disaster in NY.
I don't know that he'd be an upgrade over Gore or Hunter. And there is no way he comes in as a #3 RB. His goal line game leaves something to be desired. He's not 25 anymore.
over the hill RB like gore, why would we?
I only mentioned LT because I saw an NFLN "Top 10 players who never made the SB", and figured his unique situation would change things.

Agree that he wouldn't be an upgrade over our current roster, but if he came in like Westbrook did, would be interesting.
he would be an upgrade over dixon.
he has the best vision in nfl he can find the hole and still burst through it

Over the bridge?, where old people jump off into retirement. Just a guess.

I see no point in getting him. 49ers are all about getting ascending players, guys who are getting better every year. Why get someone who's only going to get worse? He cuts into carries with Hunter, who already looks really promising in what was just his rookie year. LT isn't a redzone back either, so he can't even replace dixon.
