I was debating this the other day with some people at work...
You get one of the two and take your chances with the other.

I said elite QB and my reasoning is because with an elite QB 9/10 times youre going to be a Super Bowl contender year in year out where as with an elite front office you can draft well but if you dont have the QB you're team can go year to year without consistency.

Examples for an elite front office would be the Ravens...always solid in the draft but with Flacco will they ever win a Super Bowl? Same can be said about the 49ers I guess...

Example for QB without an elite FO...Indy...NE of late...SD...

Elite qb will win you some games.

Elite front office will upgrade your team and may even get you the next elite qb.
