With Mike Martz out in CHI, as expected, OL Coach Mike Tice could gain more control of offense. Jeremy Bates available and worked w/Cutler..
But when Bates chose SEA over CHI a few years back, he and Cutler had a falling out. Would have to repair some stuff there #insideslant
