Ben Roethlisberger has a high ankle sprain

Ben's playing now. I don't see that changing in 10 days, The bigger problem for the Steelers is that Pouncey got hurt too and he hasn't returned.

Yeah ankle injury I think. Looked like another leg injury with this game too.

Yeah that was crown of his helmet right into McCoy's facemask
Im. Excited
We win 41-0 next week
Playing through a painful ankle injury that knocked him out of the game for the last half of the second quarter, Ben Roethlisberger completed 17-of-22 passes for 280 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception to the lead the Steelers to a 14-3 victory over the Browns in Week 14.

Roethlisberger couldn't put pressure on his left foot, leading to speculation that it could turn out to be a multi-week injury. Instead, he limped onto the field for the second half, giving the Steelers the threat of the pass against a defense stacking the box while Charlie Batch was in the game. Big Ben sealed the game with a back-shoulder throw that Antonio Brown turned into a 79-yard score, and would have added a third touchdown had Mike Wallace's knee not brushed the grass while breaking a tackle at the 3-yard line. Roethlisberger will have a much-needed 10 days of rest before the Week 15 clash with the 49ers' dominant defense.
I want him to play
yeah i hope roofles plays. i dont want any excuses for when we smash these f**king jokers
I dont think he will play on Monday, they have a very easy schedule after us and will make the playoffs. Better to rest him now (along with the other guys) and get ready for the playoffs.

They have to keep pace with the ravens. If they were going to rest him it would have been in this game and not risk any further injury. Roth loves this playing injured crap. I hope he plays because I want no excuses and to be tested by one of the better Qbs in the league...

I hope Bruce Miller knocks out Harrison... I can't stand that guy!

Pouncey and Dicklessberger both might play against the 9ers. I frickin hate the Squeelers.

I want him to play too. It will be a good measuring stick going into the playoffs. I don't read too much into the Ravens game. I knew traveling to the east coast on 3 days or so was a scheduled loss vs. a good team. This will tell us more IMO.
