She's an adult. He's an adult. It's consensual. It's legal.

Legally, he did nothing wrong and there will be no charges, thus no story.

Just that she's in HS gets some people upset. My thing is, you are Mark Sanchez. QB of a NFL team. You can get any girl you want. Why go after a 17 year old?

Have you seen 17 year olds these days? No one made a stink when Miley Cyrus, at 17, was dating some older dude. I banged HS chicks that were 18 when I was 25, 26. I didn't know at the time but if they could get in the clubs I was working that was good enough for me. this is probably a similar deal. I doubt this dude was out combing the high schools for easy prey to take advantage of.

I agree with everything but the 23 year old dating a 30 year old part. There is a difference between a 17 year old and a 23 year old, even if both are legally considered adults.

Come on really? Maybe 30 years ago when a 17 year old was a naive innocent child, but that's not the case these days. These kids grow up watching MTV which is basically a teen sex network, they invented things like sexting, sex parties that only do anal so they can stay virgins, compare internet porn, the list goes on. I guarantee you a 17 year old today is more sexually self aware than a 25 year old 30 years ago and a lot less innocent.

LOL. Environments change but our species does not(not at this level anyway). A 17 year old girl is just as mentally immature as she was 100 or 1000 years ago. Children mimic...thats what they do and part of what makes them a child. As you pointed out the environmental changes we have today, so does the changes of what the 17 year old girl mimics.

Anybody who sleeps with a 17 year old child is a dirtbag, that goes for Men and Women...and no amount of sex on TV changes that basic fact of life.
