So I missed the second half...

What happened, Jay Cutler got hurt or pretended to be hurt?

SAME HERE BUD

Ditto.

You guys are nuts. I'd much rather see the Jets in there.

If the Steelers win we are 2 back in the total superbowl race. Maybe that doesn't matter right now, but it will matter again someday.

If the Packers win then .

Go Jets!

I would rather the Steelers win (a class franchise) than an a$$ of a coach Rex win. Not to mention there is already enough of a New York love-fest with the media... don't need to feed that anymore.

Rapelisburger, Hines Ward and Harrison don't come to mind when i think of "classy". The Rooney family i can agree with, since they stick with their coaches. But i don't root for teams because of ownership i root for players and all the Steelers are scumbags.

I don't like Rothlesberger and Hines Ward can be annoying, but none of the Steeler players or coaches make themselves the bigger than franchise through being a blowhard in the media. The Steeler are all business and don't need to play games in the media to try to get an edge.

When I think of the JETS I think of a bunch of talkers who feel so insecure about themselves they need to try to pump up their egos in the media, as if they a playground bullies. When I think of the Steelers I think of guys who just play the game and hit you in the mouth. They are the real bullies and don't need to prove it.

Not to mention the Steelers got rid of people like Holmes when they started having off the field issues and almost got rid of Rothlisberger, even though he has brought them 2 Super Bowls. Whereas the JETS just take all the punks and don't care about their off the field issues.. .Cromartie... Holmes... Edwards...

Yeah I agree. I still don't like the Packers very much. But the hate from the early 90s is wearing off a bit.

*Sigh* I might have to root for them in the SB if the Jets don't get their $4!t together.....

You can't really tell if Rodgers would have been good with the Niners. He sat for 3 years behind Favre and probably learned a lot and was really polished. With the Niners he would have been thrown to the wolves and probably would have been psychologically scarred.

I agree. Nobody knows if Rodgers would have done good here. It would be tough for anybody to play well on some of those teams.

But you can't just automatically write it off and say he'd have never been good here.

You never know. Sure, he'd have some obstacles like Nowin and Sing to name a couple, but you can never say never.
