If he can speed up his delivery, he'll be a very good QB. If they can get Kubiak as the HC, then I think Tebow will develop nicely. He needs a OC mastermind.

Phillip Rivers has an awkward throwing motion that Turner helped adjust, and now he's a top 5 QB in this league. So Tebow can develop into a good player. But for every Rivers QB, there are 10 David Carr busts.
He looks like he has close to elite FB speed when he runs.

LOL. Rivers was good before Turner. He's always been a stud.

He had a pretty good game today playing for a team that has been just terrible most of the season.

Guys like Tebow that are big and strong and a threat to run are the future of the NFL. The days of guys who are only pocket passers are numbered. They won't all go away next year but you will see more and more teams finding that big versatile QB.

I totally disagree! pocket passers with strong, accurate arm will always be the elite in the NFL. They may no get the highlights, but they will get the SB ring.

You overlooked the word "only."

Strong, accurate arms will always be a pre-requisite. What is changing is the importance of mobility. Kerry Collins has a strong accurate arm but his lack of mobility limits the offense. OTOH, in addition to Vick, guys like Tebow, Josh Freeman and several others around the league will soon be joined by Cam Newton (EDIT) in giving their teams another option in the offense.

With so many top level college teams now incorporating offenses that move the QB around, it is inevitable that will become a component of the pro game in time.
