No biggie.

Plan A:
My dream hire will be Bill Parcells. Give him the same football czar role as in Miami. He managed to groom a TE's coach into a HC (Tony Sparano). Parcells connections around the league are deep. He could find some "no-name" coach and surprise us all with results.

Plan B:
Hire Bill Cowher and give him complete control just like the Yorks gave Mike Nolan.

Just on a side note would anyone want Mangini as the new DC?

I think I'd rather have Wade Phillips.

HC/OC: Norv Turner
DC: Wade Phillips

Sounds good to me!
And we'll probably hire Man-gina.

No he isn't.

Rob Ryan because his family is like famous and stuff and the Yorks would not have to pay very much for him to travel to the interview.

Sources in Seattle also had Holmgren becoming GM for San Francisco every single year.

Yeah, I have said before if both Cleveland and SF jobs are available, he is much more likely to go to Cleveland. However Holmgren needs a reason to fire Mangini, and thus far the Browns have been in every game they played.

Yeah but there are ways around it, Holmgren could say there were numerous disputes between he and Mangini, and then Mangini gets a nice payday to leave quietly. No doubt Mangini will get a DC job pretty quickly.

Money will have to be involved to keep Mangini from pursuing a grievance. But Mangini I would assume would not want to be "fired" because that would not help his resume as far as future HC'ing gigs are concerned.

lol at all these garbage coaching retreads.

Harbaugh is the best coaching option, by far.
