That is case and point for a rookie salary cap in the next CBA as far as I am concerned. That contract is ridiculous.

and he wont even make an impact on the team for at last 3 years with the lack of targets he has and the o line is still pretty crappy

The O-line actually isn't bad. They have been working on that. The recieving core sucks though. Steven Jackson is still going to have to carry the load and he is coming off of back surgery.
