It's gotta be Joe Namath.

What was wrong with Dr.J? The guy could take off from the free throw line and dunk, he was awesome.

1. NFL- Emmitt Smith Dude had mad heart but that Oline was just sick.
2. NBA- any 3 of Patrick Ewing, Dr. J and Clyde Drexler. Could even throw Dominique up in the mix.
3. MLB- Ripken and Jeter seem like very good choices. With Ripken getting the nod.

Brett's last 5 trips to the playoffs:
2010 - Throws pick w/ 15 sec. left vs Saints
2008 - Throws bad pick in OT vs. Giants at home to lose shot at SB
2005 - 4 picks in loss at home to Vikings
2004 - Chuck-n-duck floater INT to lose to Eagles
2003 - 20/42 w/ 2 INTs vs Falcons for 1st playoff loss in GB history
2002 - 6 INTs to single-handedly lose to Ra

MLB-I agree with Ripken and Jeter
You guys must be kidding? Cal Ripken Jr. is the Iron Man of baseball. Of sports. He was unbelievable. Derek Jeter, really? Arguably the best SS in baseball. I don't give a s**t about the "oh he was on a product of a good team" -- he was and still is the heart and soul of the most glamorized team in professional sports. He has 5 rings.

In no order.
Montana
Marino
Manning
Brady
I think those four should go down without debate. That last spot however.... I think others get in before Farve

The only player listed by anyone so far that was truly overrated was Joe Namath. If you really look at his career it was nothing special outside of his great SB win.
Guys listed as overrated where I just shake my head:
John Elway.. HUH? the guy lead weak Denver teams to SB's and won 2 at the end
Derrick Jeter - PLEASE There isnt a team that wouldnt have killed to have had him
Oscar Robertson - LOLOLOL

how is he overrated? It seems alot of people dislike him either because hes been a Niner killer his entire career, or his whole retiring unretiring saga of the past three years. but based on his accomplishments...how is he overrated?
