My question is if Washington/Snyder had a coach he wanted that was black would he have to interview a White or Latino or other first before he hired? If not then it is wrong. I think if the best person for the job is black white or other wise they should be able to hire them on the spot. I really don't think it is the NFl's or the government business who companies hire. If they want to pay for the interview process and take responsibility for the outcome then by all means take control. It is just like the people in my area listing their ethnicity as American Indian just to get a Job, and they are as much Indian as I am Martian.

I don't like the terms "reverse racism" or "reverse discrimination". Almost justifies the actions.
