According to NFL insider Ian Rapoport, San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Mike Evans remains a game-time decision. He will go through a pre-game workout to see if he can suit up for the Week 4 matchup against the Denver Broncos at Levi's Stadium.
"Mike Evans is going to do everything he possibly can to be on the field," Rapoport said. "Expect a pre-game workout just to see about his pain tolerance."

Evans was one of four 49ers players listed as questionable for Sunday's game. He has been dealing with a rib injury suffered in Week 3 against the Arizona Cardinals.
When asked if he expected to play against the Broncos, Evans said, "I'm gonna do my best."
The other 49ers players listed as questionable were linebackers Dre Greenlaw and Jaden Dugger, along with defensive end Keion White.
According to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler, Greenlaw is expected to play.

Greenlaw has been dealing with a quad injury, while Dugger is working through a shoulder injury. White was listed with a hamstring injury.
Tackle Trent Williams, who suffered a neck stinger against the Cardinals, managed to practice late in the week and wasn't on Friday's game status report, indicating he will play against the Broncos.
The 49ers enter Week 4 with a 3-0 record and will look to remain unbeaten with a win over the Broncos.
