Next season may be too soon, but I could see Kolb returning to PHI eventually.

Kolb's problems were always apparent with his time in Philly. Holds the ball too long, doesn't read coverages well (related), accurate enough but not amazingly accurate - he needs to do the first two things before what he has got for an arm will translate and it's pretty borderline because his arm is very weak. He can run around a bit and make plays.
