Impressive for a Rams LB or for a LB in general. The two have entirely different criteria.

Yeah he was placed on the practice squad and then promptly picked by the Rams.

The thing is though that you when you pick a guy from another team's practice squad, you have to sign them to the 53 man roster.
I think in our case, it's going to come down to the numbers..
