It sucks for them because they were a team on the up and up, but now, they are missing alot of pieces.

Yeah, that was copy and pasted from Schefter's twitter. I thought it looked too low, but the 3 numbers suggest it should have been a comma. That, or they are really breaking down the cap figures to ridiculous points now.
