The Lions are responsible for a bust and a TBD. Thats not counting Joey Harrington, Mike Williams, I forgot the other wide receivers name that they drafted really high and ended up on the Cowboys. The Chargers had two bust and the Colts, conversely, had two good picks. I think the organization has something to do with it.

The dude you're probably thinking of is Roy Williams out of Texas who ended up on the Cowgirls. I agree, the organization has to be taken into account.
