We may not have the long list of needs of recent years, but we have some needs and we need young players for grooming for when our current stars become unaffordable.
In a strong draft pool like this I think there is zero chance of such an expensive trade-up by the team. And for a position which is low on the priority scale.

I do think it is interesting that a lot of teams are willing to trade down. We don't have a lot of holes to fill but this may be a draft to trade up to get a DeCastro, or Richardson, or Blackmon, or Brockers, or Claiborne, etc. It will be an interesting draft.
