Could we possibly be looking at trading up for RG3?

It's not us. It's one of these two: New York Jets or Kansas City. KC is a good team that faltered because of season-ending injuries for starters at virtually every key position on the entire team (and a guy who should've been an OC and not an HC). QB Cassell, TE Moeaki, RB Charles, S Berry... losing them killed the team's chances.

Good call. These two teams fit the criteria and make sense as RG3 landing spots. I still think it'll be the Skins moving up to get him, though.
We'd have to give up like all our picks for the next 2 years. We'd be creating a monster out of the Rams just to stop the Redskins or somebody from being good? No friggin way IMO.

Yeah, my money is on the Chiefs. I heard Crennel was waxing poetic about him. Cassell is Pioli's guy, though....

Not even a remote chance of the Niners getting, or even seeking, out RG3.

Word has it that Cincinnati may look to trade its 2 1st round picks (#4 and #20) for the #2 position.

BS

after the season dalton had?

49ers aren't in on Luck or RG3, If we had sucked this year probably, but we're picking 30th, we don't even have enough ammo to get in the conversation for getting up to a pick high enough for either of them.

No. It would take at least this years 1st, 2nd, and 3rd along with next years 1st to get equal value to the #2 pick

Were not an RG3 away from winning the superbowl. We have an above average QB that improved a lot last season theres no reason to do this trade

thats according to this chart

People act like Dalton had a fantastic season. It was merely average. solid by rookie standards but not spectacular

x2

it was hyped more because of the fact that he was throwing his passes to Green. Green had a monstrous rookie year while Dalton's season good but not great.
