nice on 10 yard split
very inportant for WR shows change of direction speed
imo it is most important for WRs

Thats it, after watching this kid this morning....I want this kid.
Kendall Wright just ran himself down the board too....if either is available, I would be happy with both...

LOL Wright didn't "run himself down the board". He didn't post a horrible 40. That's still a good time. He still won't be available when we pick.

Agreed. Wright won't be there when we pick. 4.45 is not bad at all.

Classic arguments taking shape here. Measurables versus production.
Sanu = huge production, bad timed speed
Streeter = decent production, good measurables
Hill = ver little production, out of this world measurables
Niners still have the pro days and individual workouts to see which one fits best on their squad.

agreed he ran a 4.45 with both runs, probably runs below a 4.50 with pads while some of these trackstars lose a ton of time when they put pads on

Crazier things have happened in the draft...dont be shocked to see him at the bottom of the first.

many teams have him as best WR in draft i doubt he gets out of top 12
if he gets out of that and goes to top 15-20 we have to trade up
deep threat and legit slot player who is best ST guy in draft as well

Stephen Hill needs further development. He look like he has the all the physical ability to reach it. And that's all you need and it won't take long for him if he works at it.

Ok so obviously the fact that I am a HUGE Georgia Tech fan, I would mark out like a little boy on Christmas morning if we drafted him at 30. However he will require some work. Chan Gailey recruited him but he spent all his time under Paul Johnson's triple option. Hill has great size and toughness, blocks well and has shown a knack for making a big play when you need it, however with that said...he will need a lot of work on his routes. He primarly ran screens and go routes at Georgia Tech and needs to work on his hands as well. I saw him drop a lot of balls at Tech, sometimes in key situations but most of the time when he was five yards past the defender for a walk in touchdown. His hands remind me somewhat of Terrel Owens. Most of the time makes a touch catch, sometimes an amazing catch then drops the easy ones.
So you guys can draw your conclusions but with the coaching staff that we have now, I would to take a fly on this kid because the end result could be something special and we might finally get that "go to" receiver that we have so desperately lacked for so long now.
