I heard that too, but I believe it is to be held at the Combine.
Just wondering when we'll know whether we have the #16 or #17 pick. Searched the forums and couldn't find the answer. Thanks in advance...

Thanks!

Btw, I'm thinking heads...
Flipping a quarter or nickel you get an ever so slight statistical advantage on heads. still an advantage though. go heads. I don't know what type of coin they use though, or if one side is weighted heavier than the other.
I have a doubt the coin toss will be between Tenesse and Carolina or Tenn against us?
IMO should be Tenn against Car even if we have Car's first pick

That's a good question, who calls heads or tails, us or Carolina?
Bump!

Since we hold the rights to the pick though, it should be us
fwiw nfl network was running draft order and had niners 16th titans 17th...and said there was a coin flip to be had between jags and broncos

Yeah, I saw the same thing all day yesterday and it got me a bit confused. Did NFL Network just screw up, or are we locked into the 16th position.

Also, I think the coin toss would be between the Panthers and Titans, as it also effects the other picks between the two teams, not just Round 1. At least I think it would.

But it also affects the rest of Car picks, so?
