He has been fantastic which does make me question wtf they see in practice. If nothing else this should prove to Kyle and co they need to get these guys in real games often and early to see what they have.

Well, he went back to his college 2-point stance today and look at the night and day difference in his get off. Dude is shot out of cannon just like in college. He absolutely smokes Seattle's left tackle. Sam Darnold got so lucky.

Thats crazy explosion. I saw this live. It was hard to miss. He is getting very close.

I find that odd that he is more explosive from a 2 point stance as opposed to a sprinter's stance. Whatever works.

I had this game circled as a real check on our OL and obviously it was a challenge. They're a challenge for pretty much every OL out there.

Overall I liked that we were able to run the ball on them. The passing game clearly suffered until the end but I think it was more due to injuries at WR than protection issues. It wasn't perfect obviously but expecting 0 sacks for the whole season would've been insanely unrealistic.

Colby had some ROUGH snaps. There was one I remember him virtually falling backwards into Brock but I think we got the ball out on that play. It likely won't get much harder for him than the last two weeks tho with Zach Allen and Byron Murphy.

Hopefully Colby continues to develop and becomes our McKivtiz at LG.

He needs to stop using him as a RB. He is not 24 anymore and it's fairly telegraphed at this point. Use screens. dinks, dunks etc. Now that we have Black it makes even less sense to use him out of the RB spot unless he is a decoy.

With all our current Injuries, we can get a lot better. Feels like Seattle can only get worse if they start losing players.

I give Mike Macdonald a ton of props for what he's been able to build in Seattle but he hasn't shown he can win with critical injuries on his team. And I'm not talking about Sam Darnold who is a great dude but not a game changer for them. I'm talking JSN on offense. I'm talking Byron Murphy, Leonard Williams, Witherspoon, Emmanwori type injuries. Guys who actually are critical to their success on either side of the ball.

McDonald knows defense and built a super d almost overnight. He seems like a good guy too.

Brady actually told us their formula - super defense and run the ball with no turnovers. They were missing their top two backs. I agree Darnold is lacking. He will do an amazing play, then look lost for 3 series in a row etc. Their entire passing game is JSN, but if they can run the ball and play it safe, they will be hard to beat. I agree for sure on offense, they cannot scheme around injuries much. Defensively we have yet to see so I can't say.

Next round assuming they are fully healthy... they will be much tougher, but let's not forget we were missing Bosa, Greenlaw, Stribs, Sigle etc. Also, I believe Purdy is a difference maker. If we can actually get back to full health, I love our chances.

Even Kupp sounded like he knew he didn't make it after the game.

It's so annoying because this call wasn't a guarantee win or not. It wasn't a goal line like call, it was just for a first down.

Refs owed the 49ers one since the Deebo fumble.

And he started his career thrown into the fire. Not many can adjust that quickly unless your name is Brock Purdy.

Bro has worked so hard for this moment and he took full advantage

He got man handled a bit, but who doesn't against Murphy, that guy is a beast.

He has improved so much from last year its quite surprising. He needs to get stronger, but fingers crossed he keeps improving.

On SEA's final drive, 3rd down. Why was Jack Jones lined up across from JSN? JSN was wide left but for some reason it was neither Demo or Green defending him. Sure enough JSN was targeted and luckily he dropped the ball.
