Sasha reportedly wants to sit out the rest of her contract. WWE can actually add time to the contract for inactivity or injury reasons so this hurts her more than anything.
Still makes her look bad from my view.

How about we just wait and see where it goes? There's so many over reactions to it and we don't know where they're taking it and it's not like anyone really cared about his old character before now. Talk was wrestlers would have little in way of restriction with their characters and storylines. They won't be hiring writers but I am guessing booking decisions will filter through Cody. Kenny and the Bucks and possibly Jim Ross.
There will be both good and bad in doing it as such.
