Such an incredible card. Jones and Gus, fight of the year right now. Such a great fight. I honestly thought it could've gone either way because the 2nd and 4th rounds were so close. The 4th round, even though Gus got dazed the last 20 or seconds, controlled the majority of that round with his boxing and some leg kicks. he was definitely too tired to keep the pace on the 5th. I can't wait for a rematch.
Oh, and Barao is unbeatable at bantamweight. I don't see anyone beating him.

I think that takedown that Jones got help with the win. If not I think Jones loses by decision.

MacDonald, if he ever gets another shot potentially could but he also needs a little more seasonsing. He had Barao rocked by Renan was able to shake it off. MacDonald is only 22 and has less cage experience than Barao, but the potential is there.
Excited to see how he does against Faber.

I'm hoping Cruz comes back; finally get to find out who IS the true CHAMP!!!. I can see Barao winning this fight (especially Cruz just coming back from a very long layoff. After that, I think Barao should move up and fight the 145lbers....

2 year layoff plus major knee injury on a guy whose whole game is dependent on speed....... yeah i see barao taking it.
i don't think he'll move up to 145. Aldo is his teammate. unless aldo decides to move up to 155.

Aldo pretty much dominated 145lbs, it's time for him to match him up to a 155lbers. Well, the only fighter he hasn't beaten is Ricardo Lamas (or rematch with chad mendes or cub swanson) As for Barao, who else is out there @ 135???

I must be the only one that wants Faber to win, I didn't name my son Urijah for nothing!!

Gonna be tough for McDonald though, Urijah's stand up has improved where hes no longer throwing one-punchers, he actually throws in a combo of flurry's now. And I think Urijah is the stronger of the two, you better believe Faber wil go for that takedown and smother McDonald.

i think he needs a rematch with whoever wins the faber/macdonald fight. if he wins, i'd really wanna see barao/edgar
i was excited for the aldo/pettis fight. that needs to happen. and aldo/henderson.
