Indiana never beat a top 25 ranked team. Should have had to earn their ranking and shouldn't have got in.

For me, 4 teams wasn't equitable or enough of a representation. Is twelve too many, I don't have the answer.
Maybe seeding the teams based on SOS, and not no much on their conference finish might fix that.
Another option the committee might consider, would be to reseed after the initial round of games.
One thing is certain, the home teams all jumped out to big leads, and only one team (Clemson), showed some fight.
