If the #SFGiants had gone 5-11 instead of 1-15 during that awful stretch of home games, they would hold a playoff spot right now. If they had gone a mere 9-7 they would've already clinched!

Kyle Higashioka, Danny Janson and Carson Kelly were all free agents this past offseason. Not All Star, but at least MLB level players.
They cost money though, and Posey sees Bailey as the starter.
I mean....the original post by XF was about a backup catcher.
Higashioka: 2/$13m
Janson: 1/$8.5
Kelly: 2/$11.5
Thats not outrageous to spend on a backup catcher.
Exactly, a good team should have 2 quality catchers these days.

The physical errors are bad enough but they're going to happen to all players occasionally. Unfortunately the Giants make far too many mental errors both in the field and on the bases.
