This is how they do it in cricket for last several years. Always wondered why NBA, MLB and NFL don't adopt it.

It's a nice unique feature that the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL should all adopt IMO.
Also very happy with the way the games have gone, good football, crowds seem to be into it, it's nice to have a Alternative to the NFL, and something to develop players.
