Magic and Lebron are gonna go full court press on Klay. Klay is the perfect player to play with Lebron, matter fact Klay fits with anyone. Hope he stays, I don't think he'll want to leave tho.Originally posted by Young2Rice:Originally posted by 9erReign:Originally posted by Young2Rice:This is a great discussion. How long can we win championships before the team splits up.
1 more year if Steph stays healthy. Then Klay will go become a superstar somewhere else.
That would suck if it went down like that but i'll take 1-2 more rings.

It's going to be tough keeping Klay away from LA come FA. There's going to be a lot of people tugging at him.

Klay has said many times he wants to stay with GS, and even his dad says he does not want to leave. But things could always change I suppose.

My number one issue with the Warriors right now is the lack of bench depth. The only signing they did to fill in the bench is Jebricko and Currys Bro in law and the rookie Evans. The Warriors are betting on a lot on the young guys to step up. In my opinion the bench is much weaker compared to last year unless some of the young guys like Cook becomes a consistent scorer.

What's not to like about this? This team could probably play with half the leagues teams #1's.
Cook - Liv - Iggy - Jerebko - Loon/Bell or both after Cousins returns (Evans, McCaw if he signs).
And Damian Lee signed a 2 way so will be up for a limited amount of games only, probably only as an injury sub.

How many teams in the NBA have more talent on their bench?

Quality bench right there. What if West comes back and replace Jones with him? Or does Jones crack the squad?
I like the Jerebko signing too.

Jerebko has a little nasty to him as well, not afraid to mix it up. The Warriors will need that on the 2nd unit with West gone, and Pachulia for that matter.

Jerebko is a great addition to the bench and will provide scoring at the 4 and give them some toughness. With 1 more spot likely to be filled I would still expect that to go to a wing player who can hit a 3.
There is no way that D Jones doesnt make the roster.

Warriors assistant Mike Brown: David West just trying to 'stir the pot' with joking post-title remarks--
After the Warriors won the championship, David West said they dealt with internal issues so shocking, people would trip if they learned the details.
Golden State head coach Steve Kerr and assistant coach Ron Adams didn't go along with that narrative. Now, another Warriors assistant is explaining more clearly just what the heck West was talking about.
Mike Brown on The Full 48 podcast, as transcribed by Drew Shiller of NBC Sports Bay Area:
"There's no deep, dark secret," the Warriors assistant coach said. "We had our ups and downs throughout the course of the year, just like any other team. We were able to get through them.
"Steve (Kerr) asked David or talked to David about it, and David was like, 'I was joking (laughter). I just wanted to stir the pot a little bit.' And he sure enough did. There's nothing to it."
That settles it.
Unless that's what they want us to believe…
