Will the 49ers take Jarryd Hayne back after he was dumped by the Fiji 7s Olympic Rugby Squad?

They'd probably give him a chance but he's behind the 8 ball missing time in the offseason, so he'd have a major hill to climb.

I haven't followed this story all that much but would Hayne even want to come back? I thought he was struggling to pick up the game, but again I don't know the entire circumstances.
He might have a new dream now. Third time lucky lol

What a tool.

Nope. Was a fan but the 49ers shouldn't touch him with a ten foot pole.

I believe so...

Our Water Boy could get pushed out by our Towel Boy (playing dual roles). If that's the case, Towel Boy could use the back up (JH).

Why did he get cut from the team? I thought he was good at rugbyball.
Is Joan still in accounting? They need a good scape goat when the season has its inevitable tough periods.

He could hang out with Mr Davis.

Different rugby... ones rugby league ( when he was mvp) and ones rugby, rugby 7s is basically rugby but with 7 players on field instead of 15 and like nfl has never played the sport....

The type of Rugby he was good at was not 7 a side and was of a more structured style of Rugby League and not Rugby Union.

But cut for same reason he would likely have been cut from the niners. Too old and slow and difficult to pick up the schemes. And Fiji are the World Champs. What a waste. Looks like a cowardly move to quit the niners now.

Thanks. So it was a very different game and competing against a good roster. Pretty sure he won't be back on the 49ers.

Only way for him is to crawl back home to what he did well before and earn as much $$$ as he can for the next two or three years before father time catches up.

He was never going to make the team in such a short time period,he used the Fiji team for training purposes(to get his fitness back on track) just like he used the NFL to set up his clothing brand,NFL and Olympics were fake dreams,he just using these noobs.
