Ok, the d******d has joined the Gold Coast Titans, now this team is quite the new kid on the block and are doing quite well leading to the quarter end of the season, so no they dont really need him except to put bums on seats, i guess when he gets his league legs back he'll be able to add extra firepower to being top eight but i dont think he can do it in a short time, too many combinations to get to know and familiarise, maybe next year. Dated 3/8/16 Okay lets try a different way guys, on topic, civil and no baiting, this plane has been in a few turbulent weather conditions, fine skies and a good season ahead for this one please. Okay...has left the roost wether by tap of the shoulder or own volition, its damning anyway similar to SBWs'. Well here's the gist of it, hayne is still under the 49ers canopy be it as a R and R list, we who have followed him looked forward to the new season hoping he would burn it, but that ain't gonna be, so here on end you have your own choices, I for one will continue to follow SFC 49ers and will continue to learn this game even if it means racking my brains out! The problem with that is he would have missed all the essential training and drills to get his head around Chips offensive plays. It just ain't going to happen that way.

I would be surprised if he could come back this year and really what franchise would want to hire a one season quitter who is still a raw projected with only possible potential.

He should have stuck it out rather then be a quitter

I don't think the RB of the 49ers were particularly fragile. From what I saw the OL was just awful and the offensive strategy was to use the RBs as battering rams of the defensive line because our linesmen couldn't block to save their lives.

1. If Hayne is still technically a 49er why is this thread here? Bias?
2. This is another code switch where if he makes the team will put some hard working guy off the team from a gold medal favourite team. Also can he grasp this game of rugby with no experience this close to the olympics?
3. If he goes back league he will be seen as a quitter.
4. 49ers! Why come back? Older, slower, knowledge lacking and trust/commitment to the team?

This has become a circus. I want to know who is influencing this garbage.
