England soccer is declining for several years now. Chelsea is by far their best team, and they have arguably one of the best coaches in the game.
It would be no surprise if no england team will make it to the quarter finals.

Yeah and with some bad luck they will lose a CL-Spot to Italy. Arsenal is not really competitve and Man City is just s**tty on the international stage. That leaves it to Chelsea und ManU.
