Haha...it was a good game, frustrating but a good one nonetheless. Missed some chances but overall the Canadian defense was great as usual. Well deserved win.

Yeah I'm pretty bummed out about this. Such a great team and it sucks the best we can now get is bronze.

IMO one of the problems all tourney (and in 2010) is we really couldn't generate chemistry for Kane, who is really the only expert puck handler on our team. Need to find someone that can play with him. I think Backes would have worked well with him.

It will be a great matchup, toughest matchup for Canada IMO. Because obviously you can't do anything low/mid of their own zone, their D is to great.

But Karrlson man, he is a cold blooded killer at the point. Unless Canada changes their system, he will kill them from the point IMO. Canada needs to spread out a bit more in the zone,opening the middle more, to cover Karrlson. Will they do it? I don't know.

US seemed flat on offense from what I saw, Canada had smothering defense.

The US contingent in general has had disappointing results in many of the events, at least relative to my expectations. Especially speedskating.

Of course if Canada chokes against Sweden, Vancouver will probably have another riot.

lol @ US will never win 22 medals in basketball. You can only win 1 gold in basketball every 4 years. There are dozens of speed-skating events in a single Olympics.

...and last time I checked - a lot of great Dutch athletes play soccer. Maybe they should stop playing soccer too so they can win more medals in a sport that majority of the World doesn't watch or give two f**ks about.

Looks like Team USA is mailing it in. Patrick Kane on those penalty shots smh.........
