Denver has been an easy city to like hockey with the Avs and DU pioneers (I actually enjoy going to DU games over Avs games for tons of reasons , one being how close DU campus is from me like your Sharks )

EDM just got "old" with all the playoff deep runs in yesteryears and got exposed by the youth legs of an upcoming team of Anaheim. If McDavid move to another team, it's over for EDM.

Well my affinity for the Ducks may just end here lol. Hope Vegas doesn't some how get old if they make it past UT.

Yes lol umm I started watching hockey way before Vegas was a team and I was good friends with someone from Montreal before VGK, NHL Center Ice all the time..lol I better know a few things about hockey. Trust me, if you are friends with a Habs fan..you will get learned up some lol.

Lots of Utah fans were fake VGK fans, they tossed their jerseys out. Now all of a sudden, they hate the Knights? That is mostly what I mean by fake lol.

Maybe there weren't tons of hockey fans in NV when Vegas became a team but it's a hockey town now for sure. Plus, Mark Stone touched on this some, if hockey can grow as a sport and more ppl get involved/interested, this is a good thing. Seeing more kids learning/playing hockey, very good. It's obviously not just exclusive to let's say, the Original Six, that would have gotten old.
