Turner replaces Hodge on special teams. Maybe you don't watch ST but Turner is pretty good at it as so was Hodge.

If we sign players that don't play ST, then ST will suck and people will cry about that. Or you'll have starters on ST risking injury because they have little experience in the high collision world of ST.

i don't think you get it. They aren't replacing just a WR, they are replacing a WR/ST player. Turner fits that bill plus he knows the playbook.
