Looks like he recognizes that he wasn't a great decelerator in college and he's working on it now. I like that level of self scouting and work ethic. That punch/snap is a Courtney Taylor drill. Good stuff.

Agreed, hope he turns out to be a phenomenal player for us. *Fingers Crossed*

I'm excited for the season but he's going to need every snap in camp that we can get him. Need to make sure he learns the system and builds great chemistry with Brock.

for the last year is so, he's been at ole Miss practicing routes (and most likely not practicing other routes). Which I think means he'll need that practice to get be an awesome weapon for us.

im really excited about him. I think by mid season, he's going to be making a name for himself. I think the first half of the season will be a lot of Evans/Pearsall/Kirk (experienced pros). Once the season is about half way through - I think Stribling will start coming onto the scene in an awesome way.

very excited to watch his growth.

We could really use a home run pick like that

Good Cop and Bad Cop

Omg I was coming here to say same thing. Fkn hit the nail on the head
they should make those guys go on a road trip to games this year. Stay in same hotel room. Same car. All that. Would make for great tv
Just our of boredom, for s**ts and giggles, I went an re-watched Aiyuk and Deebo's college film, and honestly, Stribling is a more impressive prospect than either of them, though Aiyuk is kind of close. Aiyuk ran more consistent routes, but Stribling is bigger, faster, and better against press than Aiyuk. I wonder if he sees more time at Y or Z, I'm pretty sure they are going to use him everywhere until Evans is gone, when he will likely be the primary X due to his size and speed (If his development goes as planned). If his work ethic is what they say it is, I am sure he is gonna be really good.

I've watched all his 2025 and 90% of his 2024 snaps coaches tape. People didn't believe me on my channel and with Rob on the Gold Standard Podcast that he really didn't have a lot of bad tape. He was incredibly impressive. I think he got overshadowed in a WR class that was really deep in 6'4" guys.

Not a shot at you at all, just looking at how this guy is grabbing our attention.

Stribling like any other rookie has to master the scheme first to get playing time. Let's worry about that first.

Pearsall btw has only had one small hamstring injury and came back for training camp, season.

Best thing for our offense would be to have Evans, Pearsall and Stribling out there at WR.

Some podcasters are comparing Stribling to Terell Owens! That was a new one for me. If Stribling ever gets to that hall of fame level of performance, there's going to a wide open superbowl window for that combo (just like the Joe, Steve, Jerry combo) that kept the superbowl window open for a decade at least in the past - if that comes true.

To be fair if you're talking about the TO comparison I saw it was about how he runs(arms swing just like TO) and given his size I see the similarity as well.

It wasn't a Stribling is TO in the making type stuff.

Like I said before, it's all right there for Stribling. You can't ask for many better opportunities not only with the scheme, QB who throws a very catchable ball, vet WR who you can learn a lot from and even a path to lots of snaps if you play your cards right.

Let's see what the kid can do. I'm just not setting too high of expectations because we know the system isn't easy to master quickly.

💯% Stribling has a long way to go to get to Terell Owen's level. But I do like the similarities in terms of athleticism. At least his upside - athletically speaking - is at the TO level.

Hard to attend a ROOKIE premiere when no longer a rookie….don't you think?
