Yeah, same and I was so fascinated/amazed with how he ran. Those knees! He was so great to watch. I am so glad I have those memories and so happy he is finally in.

It'll never happen but would be nice to see John Taylor get in as well. Perfect complement to o Jerry Rice during that run…

I remember another Forum (Mouth Off South I think) back in the days and one of the BEST topic was JT never every dropping a a pass.

Still trying to remember if he ever dropped one.

I think in the 1994 NFCC game vs Cowboys Niners were driving and he dropped one. But then make a catch deep inside the red zone the following play to make up for it…

There's a LOT of east coast media bias that considers Gore merely a stat compiler. I expect it to be a real struggle for him to get in, especially with how the new voting rules are designed to make it harder.

Frank is the #3 all time rusher, he'll get in. Won't be first ballot because he lacks the accolades that others have but they won't deny him.
Frank absolutely will get in. I bet the reason he didn't get in this year was because they had to get in Craig and you can't have two running backs from one team get in the same year. So he gave up his turn for Roger.

A lot of East Coast idiots don't think Frank can run which is hilarious. He's the best runner we've had in modern times. You have to go back to Perry and McHilenny to argue who is better Runner for this franchise.

Frank is absolutely priceless and if he had two healthy knees coming into the pros we'd be talking about him alongside Sanders and Peyton. God bless Frank Gore.

Iit's kind of wild because you dont just compile 16,000 yards in the NFL. There's a reason so few have done it at any position. It also strengthens the argument that writers should have less of a say of who gets in.

Just think of Kyle with all the players on those teams in the 80s. I'm not saying Kyle is as good as Walsh but those teams in the 80s had far more talent from top to bottom. They had backups that could start on most othe teams. Loaded with future HOF players.

with Shanny and the 80s team.. we woulda been 0-4... play calling would be prettier, but he would have never knew how to beat Marino's 84 team..

Rathman would have never caught 72 balls in the repeat year..

Shanny would have never used JR to the fullest..

I don't think you can know that, but to be fair that might be a reason they went for Seifert over Holmgren.

Doesn't Kyle run a version of Walsh's West Coast Offense?

If so, we are seeing it now.

What would Craig look like in Kyle's offense?
He's my favorite player all time. Since I was 4 years old I called him Roger the dodger with my dad and had an autographed picture of him that he sent to me when I was 6 which always was my most prized possession. I'm so happy for him and so ecstatic!!
Glad Craig is finally in
