Our defense should at least look different next week, right?

YGM, Sam O, Kendricks and Bethune all practicing this week. Have to think they'll be at least some help.

IF those guys come back I will be more optimistic for sure.

Only this Niner's defense can make grandpa Rivers look like prime Rivers! Then again, I'm more afraid of their run game. Hope a solid D shows up!

This right here.

Don't need to worry about Rivers.

Taylor if a force to be reckoned with.
Yeah, not worried about Rivers, who collapses on himself and moves like an old barn cat. Unless he is somehow warmed up after that game..and this is the get right game. I am sure he will be motivated to have a better game and prove he still got it.

But more concerned about their defense and the run game. Stop the run and we got a shot. Our D needs to tighten up and make the plays. Rivers got practice with that Seattle D, he could be more settled in and have some kick to him. Let's not underestimate this match up and bring it

Our D line is about to feast on all that immobile blubber.

Hope our safeties actually catch interceptions this time.

He won't need to worry about getting pressured this week

Probably doesn't even need to pass. Should just run the ball up the middle and see if the 49ers have figured out how to tackle yet.

Is it just me or has he always looked like that throwing motion? He looks like he is pushing the ball not throwing it if that makes sense. Almost like an overdone dart throw.
If we can't stop the run, we're gonna be in big trouble.

On the road, Rivers a little less rusty. We are also going to have to somehow playsuper clean again with no turnovers. We can win a tight one doing that.

If the 49ers can't get pressure on Rivers he is still more than capable of carving up a defense.

Yeah Rivers looked rusty but may have been able to knock some of that out on the SEA game, who have a good defense. It was a good practice game for him but I don't really like that. Still not too worried about him but I think it will be closer too...

CMC hasn't exactly been carrying us the last two games. I'd say teams have been trying.

I noticed we basically ran hurry up to start the game vs titans. I would like to see shanny sprinkle that in more!

Kyle called hurry up until the first incomplete pass. Then he chickened out an went full turtle huddle mode 🤣

Kyle also won the game.

Kyle haters are getting awfully, awfully insecure on this board lately…

DrEll

Kyle Shanahan doesn't know how to run out the clock with a big lead.

Also DrEll

Kyle Shanahan stopped running the hurry up offense with a big lead.
Let's say the Rams win on Thursday and then the Lions lose on Sunday.

Would it be controversial to just wrap all our starters in bubble wrap until January 10th, given how this season has been?

I don't wanna jinx anything...but given our track record especially with YGM, I'd like to see who is actually active Monday night first.

Though getting those guys back healthy(please God!) would be a big boost for sure.
