This !

Brock/Bosa for Myles and a 2nd

I would definitely do it. Maybe a 3rd instead of 2

Nah I definitely want the 2nd. Cleveland gets themselves a starting caliber QB and replaces a lot of what Myles gives them in Bosa just have to hope he stays healthy. SF gets probably the best pass rusher of the last generation that doesn't miss games and a high pick. Mac gives you what Purdy gives you.

Cleveland ain't making that deal though lol. To much money tied to Purdy.

Uh, NO. The last thing the 49ers need is a Browns player. Dumb. Dumb. Dumb.
In a weird way Keion White and Clelin Ferrell make us better in the pass game. Mykel Williams who I generally came around to and started to like doesn't get any pass rush or push. Ferrell is a much more natural pass rusher and always has been. Keion can play both the pass and run. He sets the edge pretty strong and gets a little pass rush too. Did we honestly get better on pass rush? I think you can make the argument that we did. Mykel is a bull on setting the edge and so powerful. But I honestly think we get more push now and on passing downs and pressure. Weird how it worked. We might be better on that aspect now.

It was interesting to see Schwartz and Shanahan chatting at length after the game. Maybe Shanahan is telling him he has a job for him if Saleh gets a HC gig next year.

That would be awesome !

Mykel was a rookie with only a half dozen games under his belt. It is unfair to compare him to guys with multiple seasons. Based on what we did see this year, and the improvement he made, Williams will be a stud.

Both share the same "All gas. No brakes" approach. Very different temperament from what I can tell. I love Saleh's energy and enthusiasm. I don't see that from Schwartz but he had been effective wherever he has been.

...but no rumors here, please...

Mykel sets the edge really well. He's a bull with incredible power and length. I should say I like him. Just not sure of #11 overall. That's awful high for a set the edge guy. Not really down on him. Just he's not a natural pass rusher. Where Ferrell has been that all his life. Even Keion gets some push and pass rush pressure. So in a bizarre way I think we are honestly better at pass rush right now. Not in a way you would want. You don't want your players to get hurt. Williams can maybe improve. But I just don't think he's a natural pass rusher. Never was at Georgia either.

Yeah I am defo not worried about him
So Mr JoseCortez. What were we saying about not giving Kyle any crap re rest of this season if we scored 24 points?

Said I'd hold you to it …
It was a bring your special teams and defense kind of a day and they delivered. Nice, gritty win. Finally a bye.

He wasn't drafted to be a pass rush specialist. He was drafted to be combo guy who could do multiple things well. He was beginning to do that when he was injured.
SF had more sacks than the browns, had some folks in here saying our OL was gonna get destroyed

Williams is 21, kid is just sniffing what he could be. No one should be proclaiming anything good or bad right now.
