Lol no disrespect at Ferrell and what he's currently accomplishing but he's not a natural pass rusher. If he was, he'd still be playing for the raiders opposite mad max. This guy was on someone's practice squad. Even the last time he was on the niners, he was a base DE who set the edge and got subbed out on pass plays. He's playing because he's better than Robert beal.

What are you talking about? Ferrell has been in the league since 2019 and was drafted as a pass rusher who was coming off an 11.5 sack season and had collected 27 sacks in his college career. Williams had 14 sacks his entire time in college and was drafted primarily as a run defender who could set the edge. In what world would you expect a rookie who only played in 9 games before he got hurt, and wasn't drafted as a pass rusher, to have been a better at it than a seasoned vet who was drafted to do exactly that? What is there to see that would suggest people are in some kind of denial?

I won't argue with that and somewhat agree... he helped us win today tho, we need all the help we can get

Did Sheduer Sanders just walk off the field after the game? And what the f**k was that from him on 4th and 26, dude straight up gave up. That play alone was worst than any bad play from Dillion Gabriel.

I think the Browns had something like a 58% pressure rate, the highest in a few seasons for them. Credit to Trent for somewhat neutralizing Myles, but we survived bc Brock followed instructions and got rid of it fast AND Cleveland gave us 3 short fields to score a TD.

why would the Browns do it ? these are the questions you need to be asking. Myles Garrett is the most dominant edge defender of last 10 years and probably the most feared pass rusher along with Donald.

They would do it for enough picks and talent. That's the only real asset (Garrett) they have on that whole team outside of Judkins who is a rookie and under contract. Give em enough to start a true rebuild and maybe they budge.

People here think he will be an elite pass rusher and just needs experience. He never put up pass rush at Georgia. Did not put up numbers. He's not twitchy fast explosive. It's just not his game. He's a big powerful bull with length who sets the edge. That's fine and I like him. But that's what he is. I doubt he ever gets 10 sacks in a season in the NFL. He had 1 this year in about a half season. That projects out to something around 2 a season. Maybe he improves in year 2 and gets to 4 sacks or something. He's not going to be a high sack total guy though.
