In theory. We have seen horrible drafts for position groups that ends up being really good. 17' draft for QBs was looked at as a dog s**t QB draft and we all know how that went.

The Eagles have used 4 picks in the first 3 rounds of the draft over the last 9 years ... the 49ers have used 3 picks in the same period. One of those Eagles picks (1st round pick!) is now on the 49ers and it cost them no picks :)
