As long as Strib, Deebo drob and Evans are healthy I doubt we see Watkins much.

I feel like he's battling for the last spot against Cowing, and it will come down who is healthy and can return punts better

Its like KS they rotate WR a lot because they want WR playing at 100% every play

Again, Cowing is tiny imo. Not sure how he'll hold up compared to Watkins long term.
Cowing done nothing. He's as good as gone at the cutdown.

I agree. I've yet to see him do anything other than go down easily when he gets hit. I don't know where the optimism for him comes from. They have better choices now.

He looks open in every play.

Small sample size rookie year- four catches for 80 yards. You hope he can give you 15 to 20 with some explosive plays mixed in.

How'd Wakins look today? Stats look good...but I didn't see the game.

He be looked good also had another 20 yard pass that got called back because a bad holding call

i I think he will have a spot for sure

Thanks..got to see some after. He looks solid. Without the holding call his stats place him as the best WR on the field that day....but I didn't get to see his blocking assignments ect.

Beat a lot of man coverage in the slot.
Man, I really was hoping for one of the young WRs to step up and contribute. I'm happy that Watkins is looking like he might do that.

This team badly needs its young talent to step the f**k up.

You hope. He's the smallest receiver they have by far. Like I said they now have bigger receivers that are just as fast or faster. He seems to get injured a lot. Fansd rip Pearsall for being hurt all the time but at least he was productive when he played.
Could have a really good WR core if he can play.

Evans
Strib
Dbo
Watkins
Robinson

That's pretty damn good
