I shouldn't be surprised anymore but it's always funny reading these reactions

Speaking of Abdul, I saw a rep of him free rushing to Daniels and the way it looked it seem like he was closing out on a 3pt shot instead of going for a sack lol...

Maybe his gold chains, sunglasses and watches were slowing him down.

There may be some good points to that. It's not a bad take. He's a better run stopper and hold the edge player than pass rusher. But he always was. The question is that worth the #11 pick? That's pretty high.

Hopefully we'll find out soon.

The tools to be a good pass rusher are there though, if you watch him at Georgia. There's flashes. Kid is just 21.

Folks gotta realize the 11th overall pick in one draft isn't the same as another draft. Overall this was a pretty underwhelming draft class at the top. Good depth on day 2/3. Not full of blue chip talent. I was down with one of Membou, Williams or Nolen.

I'm shocked and appreciate the growth i see in this thread. We can appreciate a take from Grant instead of breaking out the gas tank and lighters
One thing that did stand out to me after rewatching the game—and it's not a surprise given we kept hearing it from his teammates—is how freakin big Mykel is. Dude looks massive at end. I wonder how much weight he cut during the draft process because he looks so much bigger now. It shows up in his game, too. Ends that bump inside don't typically put guards on skates with power.

Again, this kid is only 21.

big boner over this dude, so young he is only going to get bigger and stronger, fun to watch him and see what he grows up to be in 3 years

People make fun of that play, but I thought it was a smart move. Jayden would have probably juked him if he ran full speed and try to sack him. He got big and put his hands up and contained him. The result was a throw out of the back of the endzone

I think he's gonna be used a lot like how John Franklin-Myers and Zach Allen are used in Den. I agree, I don't think he's 260 right now

It was a free rush lol
Saw some clips earlier. He looked ok. Nothing terrible nothing great. Did see that one on one he was pushing the guards backwards.

They should make fun of it. If you're scared you will be juked by a running QB I guess you should never try to sack a running QB for fear of being juked
I saw Larry Krueger knocking Mykel and pumping Shemar Stewart. What a joke.

Tell me more about Spencer Waege, Corey Kiner, Austen Pleasants etc.
