Kubiak could oversee the WHOLE offense and tweak it back to being dominant again.

Kyle was dismissive about the idea of him talking football with Gary Kubiak. He doesn't have an OC and calls all plays himself. And thinks that "every play has an answer." There is quite a bit of evidence that he won't listen to advice from everyone.
