Can Cleveland be considered an international city?

Maybe, but probably not not in my mind of the scale I was inferring. Krizay's answer was not entirely correct either since Windsor is not the scale of the capitol Washington DC, Paris or Sydney. Making the multiple Washington named players and state + city as the answer I was looking for. He deserved the win though.

I did miss the Cleveland player and if I saw it I would likely have included it in this puzzle. Iso you are very good at these things and quite inspiring.

And poor old Cleveland is always going to be, well..., ugh, just... brown.

I assumed by International they'd all be outside US.

LOL. Washington DC is as international, maybe even intergalactic as they come. You know they are of another world?
A typist.
And hygiene was an important, personal thing to him.
But, hardly feminine, this former 49er Pro-Bowler – drafted in the 3rd Round –
had 10 interceptions, 7 fumble recoveries, and 493 Return yards in his 5-year NFL career
(4 years with San Francisco).

Hey KRO!
Man I posted the question, so early as it was, so you might take the first guess at it. But no worries.

Who are my 8 Hall of Famer 49ers?

Hmmm. I don't quite understand.
Is this from a previous question? Or is it a new question?

Brand spanking new.......
Since probably only you saw this I might slightly rephrase the question to be more in line with your thread premise.
