He got cooked at the end there, but I felt like he was competitive throughout the game. Especially this play here, was ecstatic when I saw this live.

Textbook out-of-phase play by Green.

NC is somewhere wondering why he didn't turn his head around. Riq Woolen showed exactly why DBs aren't coached to look for the ball when they're out of phase on that 45-yard play to slick Rick.

Demo, Green, and Stout is going to be fun ... Warner, Winters, and eventually Martin make the short-mid area also a dangerous place to pass.

I hated every game Campbell played last year ... couldn't cover my mother, and she died years ago.

If the line can get pressure this is going to be really fun to watch.

Demo, Green, Stout, Warner, Winters, Martin, Sigle, Mustapha ... if the line can get any reasonable level of pressure and can hold up well against the run this defense is going to be REALLY fun.

She used to watch sports with me to comment on the hotness of the various players. I remember her say "Oh get it Angel" on a play where Angel Pagan dove to catch a fly ball :)

She died a few years back in her late 80s and was glad to be rid of her walker.

Kittle was her favorite Niner at the end :)

Green really continues to play well. Last year and this year. We got Green, Lenoir, Mustapaha (when he comes back) and Sigle. The secondary was once a weakness is becoming a strength.
