Meh, injury prone? Does he need to gain 10 lbs or so?

Yeah, getting shot is a common trend in player's careers.

Pearsall hasn't missed a single game in the NFL that wasn't due to recovering from getting shot during an armed robbery but webzone gonna webzone.

na na na na... my initial post was super clear.. I said Ricky may become an All Pro, but he's NOT a ONE..

Then not even sure if it was YOU who said that AN ALL PRO IS A ONE !!

that's why I said JT was never a ONE... HOLT may have become an HOF just like Stallworth, but they were never a ONE..

I gave u all the players who were ALL PROs but never was a ONE..

If Holt is not a #1, what is YOUR criteria for a #1 WR?

Is/was Davante Adams a #1 WR?

first thing's first... lets' stick to your point of .. IF HE'S AN ALL PRO HE'S A ONE..

HOLT - JOHN TAYLOR - JOHN STALLWORTH - WES CHANDLER - HINES WARD - ANQUAN BOLDIN - REGGIE WAYNE - TIM BROWN were never a ONE in MY OPINION..

If Rice not on 49ers, JT = #1, if Isaac Bruce not playing across from Holt, Then Torrie is Lambs' #1... Brown not a #1 you say?

In the game, there are going to be exceptional number ones and there are the elites (Rice, Moss, Megatron, etc.)

As for Pearsall, can we at least give the kid one offseason to prepare w/out having to deal with gunshot wounds before labeling dude

If Rice not on 49ers, JT = #1, if Isaac Bruce not playing across from Holt

... and that would have been BY DEFAULT.. and we would have never gone to any Super Bowls had JT was our ONE with Mike Wilson, Mike Sherrard, Sanjay Beach or Ed as his Robin.

I hate to further drag this thread away from its subject, but we went to two super bowls without Jerry. And I notice none of you have taken any account of Roger Craig. Maybe you ought to.

We also went to Super Bowls w/o Roger...

Rodger Craig definitely a WR1 same with Marshall Faulk with Torrey Holt

CRAIG - FAULK - CMC - MARCUS ... they're NOT in Watters skills when it comes to pass catching..
First I would say I feel really sorry for what happened to him last year. He deservers a full mulligan on last year. I would not count anything against him for that year. Also I hope for his success. With what he's been through and all. Plus we can use him.

But he seems to always be injured. If it's not the shoulder it's the hamstring. Just seems fragile and always hurt. I think he's the type of guy who will always be hurt and missing some time. I can't see him making many full seasons of every game. I think McConkey was the pick at WR if you wanted one. He already is a star. I didn't want a WR anyway that year for the 1st round pick. But if you did I'm not sure how he's better than McConkey.

I separate how I feel about the raw evaluation and the person on this one. Obviously I hope for the best. I think there are some concerns there though.

Way too early to tell, dude seems tuff as hell. I don't remember him being injured last season other than being sht. Remember reading that he'd sit in the weight room wanting to get back to work but the 9ers wouldn't let him till doctors cleared his injury

Ricky Watters? Yeah idk wtf moon is talking about there, Craig, Faulk and CMC are the best receiving running backs in history

Gaining weight has nothing to do with pulling a hamstring.

Tell me how many games he missed in college or last yr that wasn't do to getting shot….

Folks going off over tight hammies in May? Relax.

Ladd was the guy I was pounding the table for if we were going WR end of the first, that said he missed time in college with back and ankle injuries.
